A slightly sweet (with a delicious tang from dried cranberries) chicken salad that is perfect in a sandwich or as an appetizer with dip-able crackers.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together chicken, cranberries and pecan pieces.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt and sour cream. Combine this wet mixture in with the chicken, berries and nuts. Fold in brown sugar, lemon juice and salt and pepper taste.
For best results, cover and place in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour so all the flavors can marry.
Serve on a croissant or with your favorite crackers!

This is fantastic! I used almost all Greek yogurt and maybe just a 1/4 cup mayo, left out the sour cream all together (because I didn’t have any!) and it was delicious! Wonderful recipe

I just want to clarify, because the number is a little hard to see, that the recipe calls for one-eighth a cup of brown sugar, not one-third. Of course, if you like things really sweet, go for the 1/3 of a cup!

Oh, I bet it would be tasty with cherries, too! I will have to try this variation in the future!

I only had dried cherries, and they were great!
