I love Mac and Cheese, and this recipe is extra creamy with lots of veggies, yet it tastes fantastic.
In two separate pots, boil noodles until done. Brown meat until cooked all the way through.
While cooking, place all other ingredients into a large bowl and mix until just combined. Fold in cooked and strained noodles, and then meat. Place in a casserole dish, adding a bit more cheese to the top for browning, and place in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy!

I was also wondering what the Greek cheese Yogurt is. I didn’t see anything other than regular Greek yogurt at the grocery store. Also, the butternut squash puree, is that something you can buy in can or a jar, or do you just have to cook the squash and puree it? Sorry I am a beginner cook and just want to be sure before I try a new recipe.

Made this the other night for my family, and don’t think we’ll try it again. Granted we live in New Orleans, but the whole family thought it was WAY too bland. We added salt, pepper AND Tony’s! IF I made it again, I would definitely season up the sauce- and possibly double the sauce as it all sort of baked into the pasta?

What is greek cheese yogurt? Is that just greek yogurt (like Fage)?

I made this tonight, and it is not a keeper for my family. I made it as directed and it turned out very bland. It definitely needs more seasoning or stronger flavors. Also, we thought the egg made it a little weird.

Hi, Y’all!
I made this for dinner this past weekend and it was a hit. My mother, my worst critic, loved it a lot. I did not feel guilty after having eating it. This is nothing like my Mac and Cheese (sharp cheeder cheese, milk, cream, etc.)
Thank you.
