Easy and delicious meatloaf made in the crockpot.
Line crockpot with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray or line with crock pot liners.
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese, using only 1/4 cup ketchup. Combine well. If needed, you can add another 1/4 cup bread crumbs to achieve your desired consistency.
Form meat into loaf and spread the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup on top. Place in crockpot. Cook on high for 4–5 hours or on low for 7–8 or until cooked through. Place cheese slices on during the last 1/2 hour of cooking, to melt the cheese.
Remove meatloaf from crockpot. Let rest for 5–8 minutes before slicing.
