Description

Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken combines spicy and sweet flavors for a delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Store Bought Salsa Verde
  • 1-½ cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 whole Lime, Sliced

Preparation

Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and add them into a medium-sized crockpot. Add salsa verde, corn, salt and pepper to crockpot and put the lid on. Cook on low 8 hours.

Serve chicken with rice, cilantro and sliced lime.
