A delicious and low-calorie crockpot chicken with Mexican flavours.
Prepared in minutes and ready when you come home. It is healthy, nutritious and incredibly good! It is perfect served with warmed fajitas, avocado, and shredded cheese.
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Mix, cover and cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Stir back into the sauce and serve with fresh tortillas, avocado and shredded cheese.
