Cheesy and comforting mac and cheese made in your slow cooker!
Cook the macaroni according package directions. Drain and rinse well.
Generously butter (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) the sides and bottom of a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
Combine the macaroni with the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well. Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring a few times. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
