Simple and easy recipe.
In small bowl, combine onion, garlic, soy sauce and white vinegar. Place whole chicken or pieces in crock pot and pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. My preference is to use chicken pieces, as they are easier to serve.
This is a delicious and easy meal to serve a crowd.

Easy and delicious. I put the leftover chicken in an Asian stir-fry tonight with broccoli spears, mushrooms, and left-over lo-mein from Chinese take-away. We used the pot-drippings from the chicken to moisturize the stir-fry, along with a good splash of soy.

This was really yummy! I put it in the crockpot and let it go … no sweat! I went out and about for a while while it was cooking. When I came home, Husband was waiting at the door. He said, “That smells so good. We need to eat now. I’ve been smelling that for too long and my mouth is watering!”
