Chili like soup, topped with your favorite taco toppings.
Brown hamburger, onion, and celery on stovetop over medium heat until hamburger is cooked through and onions and celery are soft. Drain grease, add the hamburger mixture to your 6 to 7 quart crock pot, then add all the remaining ingredients to the crock pot (everything, that is, except for the Rice-a-Roni and the garnishes). Cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
When you are about ready to serve it, prepare Spanish rice as directed on the package. Once it’s complete, mix rice into soup for the last 10 minutes.
Serve in bowls with your favorite taco toppings including Frito’s or corn chips.
