Super easy dinner. Makes a LOT and is great for leftovers!
1. Rub your roast down with chili powder (as much or little as you would like.) Place roast in the crock pot. Layer remaining ingredients in order (except tortillas) DO NOT STIR. Place lid on crock pot.
Cook on low for 12 hours. Stir mixture and tear up meat right before serving.
Get your tortillas and fill them up! Its also great to just eat in a bowl.
*Also, if you like more heat in your food, substitute chopped green chilis with jalapeños.
