Tender and slow cooked beef serve with rice or pasta!
Set slow cooker to medium heat. Add sirloin beef cubes, onions, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, and stir with a wooden spoon Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, clove, cumin, raisins, beef stock and stir well.
Place lid on and let the stifado cook 3 hours, then add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or any type of pasta you may like.
Any leftovers can surely be put into the freezer for up to 2 months in an airtight container. Enjoy.
