Quick and easy casserole that combines cheese, veggies and tuna into a delicious meal. Can be made ahead, refrigerated and cooked when ready.
Cook macaroni as directed, drain and set aside.
Warm soup and milk together on the stove or in the microwave until smooth and creamy.
Spray a small oval casserole dish with nonstick spray. Layer half of the macaroni and top with half of the tuna, peas and onion. Pour half of the soup mixture over the top and cover with three cheese slices, folding cheese as necessary to cover the majority of the layer. Repeat a second layer with the remaining ingredients, covering with soup and cheese. Add salt and pepper as desired.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
