Quick, creamy, smoky, and sweet—this pasta dish is a go-to weeknight meal!
In a large skillet, melt one stick of butter over medium heat. Once bubbly and foaming, pour in your cream and bring this up to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add the garlic powder and some cracked black pepper to taste. I never need to add salt to this, but you can add salt as you see fit. Throw in the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and frozen peas and stir. That’s it! Serve topped with more Parmesan as desired.
