Delicious!
Prepare two 9″ pie crusts. Place one in the bottom of a 9″ deep dish pie pan. Melt butter and add green pepper, onion and celery. Cook until tender. Add tomoatoes, crawfish and seasoning. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to blend flavors. Add flour to thicken. Pour crawfish mixture into pie shell. Place the other pie shell on top and seal edges. Cut a slit in the top of the pie shell to vent. Put pie pan on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.

Made this again tonight and spiced it up a bit more than usual with a couple shakes of tabasco sauce! My husband said he didn’t know what I did different to it this time, but to do it the next time I fix it. He loved it!
