This is about the easiest recipe around and it is good enough to serve at a dinner party. Bonus – you can use up the leftover cranberry sauce!!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut In Half
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix (1 Ounce Packet)
  • ½ bottles French Dressing (16 Ounce Bottle)
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (Jellied)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

Put chicken in baking dish and rub with onion soup mix. Pour French dressing over chicken and spread to cover. Pour cranberry sauce on top of chicken.

Bake one hour. Great served over rice!!!

That is it!!!!

Very good recipe. I served it over rice and with oven-fried okra. Thanks for sharing!

This was very good. Next time I think I will try it in the slow cooker to make the chicken more tender. The sauce over the chicken was very delicious and I ate a few spoonfuls of it by itself while cleaning up the dishes! Very easy too for a weeknight meal.

This was so yummy! My kids and I kept cruising by the baking dish to spoon extra cranberry sauce after dinner. My almost six-year-old son tried to lick his plate… of course I caught him before he could… but then he used his extra rice to sop up the rest… no licking required. This was a hit with the whole family.
