A cheesy crab sandwich that tastes like you’re eating a crab cake.
In a small bowl, add crab meat, mayonnaise, Cajun Creaole seasoning, bell pepper, celery, onions and jalapeno. Mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To make the sandwich, butter the top and bottom piece of bread. Add crab salad to a slice of bread, top with cheese. Place sandwich on a griddle and cook until cheese is melted and bread is browned.
