Mix the ground and Lawhorn’s Seasoning. Form patties and throw them on a preheated grill. When they are about halfway done cooking on the grill, put slices of Swiss cheese on them. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill as well.
While the burgers are cooking, take a skillet and pour in the olive oil and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are cooked.
To build the burger, take a hamburger bun, put a patty with cheese on it, and top with sauteed mushrooms. Follow that with French Fried Onions, then pour on the barbecue sauce.
