Country style ribs aren’t actually ribs at all, but a cut of pork between the ribs and shoulder. They are boneless, low in fat, and tender. They are closer in relation to a pork chop, but are cut in strips. They make perfect, no mess, no fuss “mock ribs” that are easy enough for a fast weeknight meal.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub seasoning on pork and place pork on a rack on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 25 -30 minutes.
2. While pork is cooking, add remaining ingredients for sauce to a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Let the sauce reduce until it has thickened and the alcohol has cooked off. Sauce will become much sweeter.
3. Baste pork with barbecue sauce and continue to cook until the ribs have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

My son and I made your recipe last week, and it was
BUONISSIMO!!!!!!
We all enjoyed it. The ribs were even better the next day. He hid the leftovers from us so he can have all to himself!
