The best chicken tenders my children have ever tasted.
Slice chicken into medallions (if the chicken is slightly frozen, your medallions will come out perfect).
Put crouton crumbs into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic and smoked paprika.
Dredge chicken medallions one at a time in mayonnaise mixture; transfer to crouton crumbs. Coat with crouton crumbs and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.
