Description
Easy and delicious coney sauce!
Ingredients
- 2-½ pounds Ground Beef (the Leaner The Better)
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Tomato Paste
- 1 can Water (Use The Tomato Paste Can To Measure)
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- ⅛ teaspoons Red Pepper Seed (use Less If Desired)
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Sugar
- ½ whole Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic (i Use The Jarred Kind)
Preparation
Crumble hamburger into a good-sized pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Simmer on low/medium for 30 minutes, chopping meat very finely as it cooks. Serve on hot dogs or cheese fries!
