Description

Coffee crusted pork chops are so incredibly juicy and flavorful. Best of all, they are super easy and can be on the table in 20 minutes flat!

Ingredients

  • Canola Oil, As Needed To Coat Pan
  • 3 Tablespoons Ground Coffee (I Like A Sweet Flavor Here, Like Caramel Macchiato)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin
  • 4 whole Center Cut Pork Chops (boneless Or Bone-in Both Work Here)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a big cast iron skillet with canola oil and heat over medium high heat.

While pan gets hot, in a bowl, thoroughly stir together ground coffee, salt, chili powder, paprika, and cumin. Take pork chops and generously rub mixture all over on both sides.

Get crusted pork chops into pan to sear on first side for 3–4 minutes to let them get gorgeously brown. Then flip them over to brown on other side for another 3–4 minutes. Carefully transfer pan to oven to make sure they completely get cooked through for about 5 more minutes.

Take pan out once pork chops are done and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
