An extremely simple salmon covered in a creamy curried coconut sauce.
Heat the walnut oil in a pan on medium heat. When the oil is hot, add in the coconut milk.
When the coconut milk starts simmering, stir in the curry powder and the salt. Place the salmon fillets in the pan and spoon the coconut milk on top. Cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes or so on medium low heat.
Serve the salmon by spooning the sauce on top and garnishing with a tiny pinch of curry powder.
