A zesty Sriracha lime butter drizzled over pan-fried chicken.
Heat a frying pan to medium-low heat. Lightly coat the heated pan with a bit of the butter.
Add minced garlic cloves to the pan and cook for 1 minute or until golden brown, being careful not to burn.
While garlic is toasting, combine the remaining melted butter, Sriracha sauce, and the zest and juice from the lime in a small bowl. Add the browned garlic into the mixture, set bowl aside.
Coat the pan with olive oil and bring to about medium to medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts to the heated pan. Cook for 4 minutes on both sides, or until golden brown (cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the chicken; make sure it’s no longer pink inside before removing from heat). Place chicken breasts on plates to serve and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle the Sriracha lime butter over the breasts. Enjoy!
