Chicken and grapes, who knew they made a good combo?! Oh it does—you’ve got to try it! If you have a picky person to cook for, like me, you can skip out on the thyme, but I personally liked it. Enjoy!
Sprinkle chicken with some thyme and pepper.
Cook chicken in a pan, set aside.
Over medium heat in the same pan, heat oil and add grapes for 3 minutes or until hot. Set aside.
Pour broth and wine in the skillet and bring to boil for 4 minutes.
In a cup, dissolve cornstarch and cold water and add to the sauce.
Stir in grapes and chicken juices; add ½ teaspoon thyme. Cook for 30 seconds.
