This is a great meal to make ahead of time and put in the oven when you get home or to make when you need something to send to a family.
Place chicken in a pot of water. Bring to a low boil and cook for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from the water and shred it with two forks. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Cook pasta according to package directions. When done, drain it and set it aside.
Warm soup and milk in a saucepan over medium low heat for 5 minutes.
Mix together pasta, soup mixture and chicken in a large bowl. Place the mixture into a 9′ x 13″ baking dish. Top with mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes.
