A healthy weeknight meal for those short on time.
Bring a pot 3/4 full of water to a boil. Add chicken breast halves, make sure they are covered by water. Boil for 20 minutes over low heat until no longer pink.
Mix Sriracha sauce, bbq sauce and ketchup together.
Drain and shred chicken with fork or hands. Meat should come apart easily. Pour Sriracha mix over chicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well. Serve with Parmesan cheese if making a salad.
