This is a dish that I use a lot when time is short. Instead of using shrimp I use chicken which sometimes can be more cost effective.
Directions
1. Heat broiler
2. In broiler safe skillet melt butter and add garlic and onion. Cook until translucent over medium heat, add chicken and continue cooking until all pink is gone, uncovered.
Add in wine and parsley and cook five minutes covered.
Sprinkle the top of chicken with bread crumbs and place under the broiler until golden brown.
Serve over rice with a vegetable on the side.
