Chicken roll ups are so super easy to make and are a favourite in our house for dinner. Only 3 ingredients to make. Can’t get much easier than that. You’ll love these!
Butterfly cut your chicken all the way through (so you have 2 identical but thinner pieces).
Place about 1 tablespoon or so of cream cheese in the middle. Roll the chicken up and secure with a toothpick. Toss them in the Shake and Bake baggie to coat them.
Place them on a foil-lined pan and bake at 400ºF for 25 minutes.
Notes:
1. If you have larger chicken breasts, you may be able to cut them into smaller pieces to get more rolls out of them.
2. You can use homemade shake and bake.
