A classic pasta recipe from Utica, New York. Some like it spicier, but this is my favorite version. Feel free to add a hot pepper if you like!
1. Combine pepper, mushrooms, black olives, chicken and spaghetti sauce in a crock pot.
2. Set crock pot to low and allow to cook for a few hours. For speedier cooking, use the stove or set crock pot to high.
3. When chicken and vegetables are done, about 20 minutes prior to eating, add Alfredo sauce and stir.
4. Cook rigatoni to al dente, or preferred texture.
5. When pasta is done, combine with sauce and serve.

I made this last night and it was wonderful! I added a little garlic, but otherwise needed no changing. Delicious and easy!!
