Your pot pie fell into my pasta! What? No! You’re pasta fell into my pot pie!
Cook the pasta according to package directions. When it’s done drain the water and set aside.
Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat with the olive oil. Add the chicken, salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes and then add the frozen vegetables. Cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, until chicken juices run clear and the vegetables are no longer frozen. Add the chicken stock, cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until the cream cheese melts into the sauce and is bubbly.
Serve over pasta and enjoy!
