This is a quick chicken dinner.
1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Cook strips of chicken in oil.
3. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder.
4. Add onions, red and green peppers.
5. Cook the vegetables.
6. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and ground ginger together.
7. After vegetables are cooked, put the soy sauce mix in with them.
8. Cut up lettuce.
9. Put lettuce, chicken and vegetables on a wrap.
10. Roll them up and enjoy.
