Unbelievably easy and quick to make, low in calories and oh, so good!
Preaheat oven to 400 °F.
Place each chicken breasts on a piece of baking paper.
Sprinkle it all around with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut cherry tomatoes and olives in half, and basil leaves transversely in strips. Mix with the olive oil and spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
Cut 2 lemon slices in halves and place them on top.
Wrap the baking paper around the chicken like a bonbon and seal it.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve with Basmati rice.
