Homemade noodles and chicken.
To make the noodles, mix flour and salt. Add eggs and just enough water to mix together. (Add more flour if dough is too sticky.) Roll out on a floured surface, roll like a jelly roll and cut noodles. Unroll and let dry.
Boil the chicken in water with 5 boullion cubes, salt and pepper to taste. Remove chicken when done; cool. To the broth, add noodles and the flour that you used to roll out the noodles. Drain a can of sweet peas and add to the pot. Debone the chicken and add back to the pot. Cook until noodles are tender.
* Once I add all ingredients, I like to turn the heat to low and simmer for a couple of hours. This recipe can be doubled.
