Fast and easy to cook chicken legs in whole grain mustard.
Salt the chicken legs and put them in a covered pan for 2 hours in the fridge.
Coat every leg with the mustard and dredge with breadcrumbs. Put them onto an oiled roasting tin and place into preheated oven to roast at 390°F for 30 minutes. Chicken legs in whole grain mustard are ready.
