My twist on a Jamie Oliver recipe.
1. Put all the chicken, bell peppers, and onions in a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the marinade ingredients. Mix well and set aside for about 15 – 20 minutes.
2. Heat the pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil (if you have a griller, it would be a better choice). Pour the chicken, bell peppers, and onions into the hot pan. Stir-fry the meat for 5 minutes or till it’s cooked.
3. Serve with tortillas or chapatis.
