Chicken hot dogs and watermelon salsa collide to make an extra special picnic favorite!
Preheat your grill to medium-high.
While your grill is heating up, prepare your salsa. In a bowl, combine the watermelon, yellow bell pepper, corn kernels, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, onion, salt, pepper, sugar and lime juice. Mix together until combined, then cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Place your chicken dogs on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes or until they are cooked through. Turn them every minute or so to get even grill marks.
Remove dogs from the grill and place in the hot dog rolls. Top with the salsa and enjoy!
