Chicken burger with cheddar cheese and chipotle peppers served with avocado sauce.
1. Chop chipotle peppers.
2. Add cheese, peppers and garlic to the ground chicken.
3. By hand, combine the chicken mixture.
4. Score into 4 sections and roll into patties. Salt and pepper if desired.
5. With a bit of olive oil, fry burgers for about 5 minutes per side until no longer pink in the middle.
6. In a food processor, combine avocados, garlic poweder, sour cream and Rotel. Process until creamy.
7. Serve burgers on buns and top with avocado sauce.
