A delicious and kid-friendly, protein-packed dish perfect for the lunch box
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide mixture into three 24-count mini muffin tins that you’ve sprayed with non-stick spray and gently press down. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
