Ooh! So good and tender! This recipe can use bone-in or bone-out chops—whatever is on sale! My husband recalls this dish as “the one you brought to work that time that was a big hit!” In a room full of men, it was gone in seconds! I always double this recipe. I have never had the Accent in this recipe on hand—it is fabulous even without it!
Season chops with Accent, salt and pepper. Brown chops in drippings in a fry pan.
Place chops in a greased baking dish.
Put soup and milk in the fry pan and mix with the drippings. Stir in rice. Pour over chops and cover tightly with foil.
Bale at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

These are baking in the oven now… second time I’ve fixed them this month. Delicious.
