A creamy, comforting chicken dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pull chicken into strips and put into a greased 13×9 baking dish. Melt butter over low heat; stir in flour until smooth. Add sour cream, stirring constantly until blended and bubbly. DO NOT BOIL.
Stir in soup, chiles, and onion salt. Blend well. Pour over chicken. Bake for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for 10 more minutes, until bubbly. Serve over noodles.
