I started out trying out a recipe for homemade Spaghetti-Os, made some modifications, and came up with something totally unlike Spaghetti-Os but oh-so-much better!
Cook pasta according to directions on the package.
Melt butter over medium heat, then add flour and stir until golden. Turn heat down.
Slowly add tomato sauce, stirring. Add broth and seasonings. Let simmer 10 minutes.
Add milk and pasta, then stir in cheese to melt. Salt and pepper to taste.
