A recipe for Cheesy Sausage and Potatoes Casserole is a one-pan meal idea that is made in the skillet with au gratin potatoes, sausage, and mixed vegetables.
In a skillet, saute sausage. Once browned, remove to a paper-towel-lined plate and set aside.
To the pan, add potatoes with contents of sauce mix, water, milk, and butter. Cover and cook over medium heat for 18–20 minutes until potatoes are almost tender, stirring frequently.
Add vegetables. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are tender.
Stir in browned smoked sausage pieces and stir to combine.
