There’s a pub in town that makes a killer Cheddar Ranch Chicken Sandwich. It’s a bit out of my way, so this is my version of the delightful sandwich.
Take your chicken and pound them out until they are somewhat thin. If you have large chicken breasts, you might want to cut them in half lengthwise before cooking them. Season them up with Cookie’s Seasoning Salt or the seasoning of your choice. Put them on the grill until they are done but yet still nice and juicy, about 10 minutes or so.
Butter both the top and bottom of the buns and stick them in a hot skillet to brown. Once the butter side is browned, turn them over. Put on a piece of cheddar cheese, top with your chicken and heat until the cheese is slightly melted. Next take about a tablespoon of ranch dressing (more or less depending on your liking) and spread on the other side of the bun and put on top of your chicken. Voila! A yummy Cheddar Ranch Chicken Sandwich.
