That’s a little different than how my mom and I make it, but it still looks and sounds delicious!!

This was easy and really tasty! I agree with the other review – check out the blog for a great step by step guide. Served with rice and naan. Very tasty!

This was really flavorful. I highly recommend you go to eatliverun’s blog for step by step directions because she has a lot of good tips that really help this dish! I first had this at take out indian place in DC and I’ve been looking for a similar recipe since. This isn’t quite the same, theirs was sweeter. I did eat this w/roasted sweet potatoes and it was awesome (made me forget about the ones in DC)!

This is lovely, warming , food! It was my first go at homemade Indian food, and it was great. I used fire roasted tomatoes and added in almost a full lemon’s worth of juice at the end.

Me and my Mister both agreed we could eat it every week. Serve with plenty of fluffy rice and some warm naan! :) Thanks Jenna!
