This recipe is easy to double up if you are having guests. It is a flavor that the kids love. I have served it up to many of my friends and family and it never lets me down.
Mix ingredients together.
My favorite thing to serve this on is chicken, although it does complement pork very well.
To use this with chicken (I usually use 4 whole chicken breasts, bone in and skin on), warm up the grill to a medium-high heat. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken with oil, and coat evenly. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, then grill until the core temperature of the chicken reaches 160 degrees F.
Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with sweet potato or rice and beans. Fruit salsa or avocado also complements this well.
