This is a great every night or special occasion pasta with a Cajun kick from seasonings and Andouille sausage.
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl, toss to coat.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, saute chicken in olive oil for 5-7 minutes (also great cooked on grill).
Add green & red bell peppers along with Andouille sausage. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Season sauce with all the spices, heat through.
Add Italian cheese blend and 1-2 tsp. more Cajun seasoning and simmer.
Serve warm over pasta and enjoy!
