Sweet and spicy pork used for salads, burritos, tacos, nachos and anything else you can think of … like Cafe Rio makes.
Place pork (if desired, remove excess fat from roast) in your slow cooker and fill halfway with water. Cook on low for 10 hours. Drain off water. Mix together the Dr. Pepper, taco sauce, brown sugar, and taco seasoning and pour over the roast. Cook on low for 4 hours. Shred pork, removing any bones, and cook on low for another 2 hours. You can use this for burritos, salad, nachos, pork sandwiches, etc.
