Don’t you just love white pizza? I certainly do, and what better way to spruce up your basic Alfredo sauce pizza with some Caesar dressing (and lots of it)!
1. Prepare pizza dough according to dough instructions. Check out my recipe, also posted on Tasty Kitchen! It’s delish. If you’re afraid of making dough from scratch or feeling lazy, feel free to use a store-bought crust.
2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, and place a pizza stone in the oven.
3. Once the dough is rolled out and the pizza is on the peel (see my instructions on my other recipe), drop a couple of tablespoons of Alfredo sauce into the middle of the dough. Next, squeeze out 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing on top of the Alfredo sauce. Basically, be sure you have enough dressing to cover your pizza with sauce properly. I highly recommend Ken’s Steakhouse Caesar dressing. Best Caesar ever.
4. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, mix the sauces thoroughly, and then slowly spread the sauce in circles to cover the dough. I always start with a smaller amount of Caesar and add more if I need to.
5. Top with your desired toppings. Here’s my favorite way to top this pizza: mozzarella, diced red onions, diced green pepper, marinated artichoke hearts, and both Parmesan and feta sprinkled generously on top. Please feel free to do your own thing!
6. Before placing in the oven, use a pastry brush to brush olive oil around the entire edge of the pizza and then sprinkle with sea salt. This makes the crust oh so delicious and lightly seasoned.
7. Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes, depending on how thick or thin your pizza is. Watch and wait for the cheese to start browning and bubbling slightly.
8. Remove, place on a large cookie sheet, slice, and consume.

This looks fabulous! I’m thinking of adding bacon & mushrooms to the mix. Yum, can’t wait to try it!

This is one of the most delicious looking pizzas ever! What a delicious combination of many of my favorite foods. This weekend, having a “homemade pizza party” for my birthday, and this is definitely the one I’m making for me! YUM!
