This is a simple recipe for creating the popular Korean barbecue dish, Bul Kogi, right in your own kitchen.
Combine the green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper and sesame seeds and mix well. Pour over sliced sirloin and let marinate overnight. Cook the meat in a hot skillet or wok over medium-high heat until brown. You can also cook the meat over a hot grill.
Wrap a couple pieces of the barbecue with a couple spoonfuls of rice in a piece of the lettuce and eat like a wrap.
