A yummy way to enjoy Buffalo chicken without all of the grease you get from fried chicken.
Grill a chicken breast in a pan over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Remove it from the pan, let it rest for a minute or two and then slice it into thin strips.
Place chicken strips into a bowl and add the hot sauce. Toss until chicken is well coated.
Lay out your tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in a circular motion. Sprinkle your cheese and lettuce on top.
Add the Buffalo chicken and roll up your wrap. Slice in half before serving. Serve the remaining 2 tablespoons of ranch for dipping.
