What’s better than buffalo chicken wings and a chicken sandwich? A buffalo chicken sandwich!
Rinse the chicken tenderloins and pat dry. Place in a glass bowl, take the Montreal Chicken seasoning and sprinkle over both sides of the tenders to taste. Coat the tenders with the Frank’s buffalo chicken wing sauce completely and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Marinate in the fridge for about an hour. After the hour take the bowl out and sit on the counter to take the chill off of the meat and light the grill. Grill the chicken strips over medium heat until no longer pink and they reach an internal temperature of 165F.
Split the kaiser buns and put two- three tenders on each, depending on size and top with your favorite sandwich/burger toppings. My boyfriend ate just cheese on his while I topped mine with lettuce and tomato. ENJOY!
